Here’s How it Works
Browse & Dream
Search through some of the previous invitation suites to get a feel of how the designs can modified and manipulated to create a invitation design that is unique to your event and colors scheme. Choose your own colors, patterns and fonts. Remember, the patterns can be recreated with any of the colors you choose, not just those listed. If you don’t see what you are looking for just shoot me an email, I love tackling new challenges and custom designs.
The Design Process
Once you have determined what stationery or wedding invitation pieces you are interested in, complete and return the appropriate form from the ’Download Forms’ page to hello@fourthandfolded.com. If new clients are not being accepted immediately, I will inform you of available openings and you will be placed on the calendar to reserve an upcoming date. Based on the information provided, a contract will be emailed to you. Once your contract has been signed and the payment for your deposit has cleared I will start working on your first round of proofs. A signed contract and deposit are required to secure future dates of service.
Rounds of proofs will be delivered via email in PDF format, if you do not own an application to view PDF’s you can download Adobe Reader here, for free. There are three (3) rounds of proofs included with the design fee, additional proofs are $10 each. With each round of proofs you can suggest changes to revise and refine the designs, which will be incorporated into the next round of proofs.
Payment
All design costs are presented as flat rates. Printing fees are presented on a per piece estimate, unless otherwise noted. There will be no additional fees or charges incurred unless the scope of services changes. Should the project scope extend beyond the original proposal an updated quote will be emailed to you for approval before additional services are rendered.
When the design has been finalized and approved, I will send you an invoice for payment. When your final payment has cleared I will email your digital files to you or release your order to be printed.
How long will my project take?
Each design is tailored to your specific project and unique tastes, therefore as the client, you must provide requested information and feedback in a timely manner. Estimated dates of completion will vary based on the number of changes requested and your response time for critiques and approvals of the designs. Designs will be delivered in rounds until final approval is given. Typically proofs are turned around 3-4 days after receiving your feedback; please allow for additional time on completely custom designs.
