My business is organized two ways.
Semi-DIY : Some people like just a little help with the design process and prefer to print, cut and assemble things themselves, helping to save on costs.
Do It For Me : Others want a more traditional invitation design process, where everything is designed and printed for them.
Of course, you do not have to choose one or the other, the two options can be combined and we can almost always find something that works for every budget.
